Bots · websites · custom code — book a slot on Discord

What I take on

Status: open for commissions · Discord only for booking · async replies (not live pair-programming by default)

Final price depends on scope. Complex or unique systems trend higher. Minimum order: $15. I do not host bots or production apps for clients — I build, hand off, and can guide setup / fix code.

Payments, deposits & timeline

How payment works

  • Deposit: typically 50% to start (confirmed on Discord)
  • Final: remaining 50% before final handoff / source transfer
  • Large orders may use milestones instead of a simple split
  • Methods confirmed per region and order size (no checkout form on this site)
  • Unpaid balances pause delivery

Queue & replies

  • Commission chat is Discord only
  • Typical first reply: within a few days (not guaranteed same-hour)
  • Active slots are limited — waitlist if the queue is full
  • Async by default; not a live coworking session unless we agree
  • Timezone-friendly async is fine; expect lag across time zones

Revisions

  • Included: about 1–2 polish rounds after delivery for bugs and small in-scope UX tweaks
  • Not included: redesigns, new feature lists, “while you’re at it…” creep
  • Extra rounds or features → Extra features / hourly / new quote

Rush & priority

  • Priority delivery add-on when the queue allows (+ $20–$50)
  • Rush is not always available — I’ll say no rather than ghost a deadline
  • Hard deadlines must be stated at intake

What to bring for a quote

Paste the intake template into Discord. Stronger briefs get faster, tighter quotes.

Always useful

  • Project type (bot / site / other)
  • Must-haves vs nice-to-haves
  • Deadline (or “flexible”)
  • Budget band from the tiers above
  • Links: server invite, current site, repo, mockups, references

Bots

  • Server size / approximate member count
  • Command list or “like X bot but…”
  • Whether you already have a bot application / token plan
  • Hosting plan (VPS, home PC, etc.)

Websites

  • Pages you need + any copy you already have
  • Domain / host already? (GitHub Pages, Cloudflare…)
  • Brand colors, logo, or “match this URL”
  • Clan style pack if any: Classic / Retro / Pulse / Tactical Ops
  • Figma / sketches if you have them (optional)

Won’t build / out of scope

I may refuse or cancel work that falls here. Ask if you’re unsure.

Hard no

  • Raid, spam, nuke, or harassment tools
  • Malware, token loggers, stealer-adjacent stuff
  • Phishing, fake login / “verify” pages, credential traps
  • Clear Discord ToS or law-breaking uses
  • Scraping private data without consent

Usually out of scope

  • Native iOS / Android apps
  • Huge multi-tenant SaaS “build me Uber”
  • Full WordPress agency retainers or social media management
  • Us hosting / 24/7 ops for your production stack
  • Guaranteed ranking, viral growth, or paid ad management

Stack sweet spot

  • Yes: Python bots, static/light sites, HTML/CSS/JS tools, SQLite
  • Maybe: small backends when scoped
  • Not default: heavy React Native, enterprise Java, random CMS you insist on

How it works

  1. Intake — Discord only. Project type, goals, must-haves, deadline, budget band (+ links/mockups if any).
  2. Quote — I map scope to a tier and add-ons; you get a price range before build.
  3. Deposit — Typically 50% to start. Work does not begin until the deposit lands.
  4. Build — Iterative updates; you review commands, pages, or flows as they land.
  5. Final payment — Remaining balance before full handoff / source transfer.
  6. Delivery — Working deliverable + self-host/deploy help. You run it on your side.
  7. Revisions — About 1–2 polish rounds for in-scope bugs/UX; new features are new scope.

What’s included / not included

Usually included

  • Scoped feature set from your quote
  • Guidance so you can host / deploy yourself
  • ~1–2 polish rounds after delivery (in-scope only)
  • Docs for features or pages you paid for
  • License to use the deliverable for your project (see source add-on for ownership)

Not included by default

  • Us hosting or running bots / sites / apps for you
  • Unlimited feature creep after quote
  • 24/7 on-call support (use Maintenance or hourly)
  • Source ownership / full repo transfer (paid add-on)
  • Domain purchase, Discord Nitro, paid APIs, or stock assets you choose
  • Ongoing content writing or social media management

License (short version)

  • Default: you may use the delivered bot/site for your server or project
  • Not default: reselling the code as a product, or claiming full IP ownership
  • Source ownership add-on: repo/file transfer terms confirmed at sale
  • Full legal text: Terms

Pause & cancel

  • If you go silent for ~2 weeks mid-build, the job may be paused
  • Paused work may need a re-quote if requirements drift
  • Deposits generally non-refundable once work starts
  • If I cancel before delivery, unused prepaid work is refunded

FAQ

How do I pay?

Typically 50% deposit to start, 50% before final handoff. Methods are confirmed on Discord for your region and order size. No payment form on this website. Work begins after the deposit.

Do I get the source code?

By default you get a working deliverable and a license to use it for your project — not automatic full IP / repo ownership. Source ownership is an add-on ($25–$75 depending on size). Transfer terms are confirmed at sale.

Can you host my bot or website?

No — we do not host for clients. You run bots on your machine/VPS and sites on GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, Netlify, or your own host. Self-host / deploy guidance is an add-on; maintenance covers code fixes on what you operate.

What does maintenance cover if you don’t host?

Code fixes when Discord, browsers, or dependencies break things; bug repairs; small stability patches. It is not server rent, DNS, or us keeping a process online for you.

How many revisions do I get?

About 1–2 polish rounds after delivery for bugs and small in-scope UX tweaks. Redesigns and new features are new scope (add-on or re-quote). Tiny aftercare can also be hourly.

Can you rush my order?

Sometimes — via the Priority delivery add-on when the queue allows. Rush is not guaranteed; hard deadlines must be stated at intake so I can accept or decline honestly.

What about refunds?

Deposits cover design and early build time and are generally non-refundable once work starts. If I cancel before delivery, unused prepaid work is refunded. See Terms.

How long does a project take?

Bot Basic / site Landing: often days to about a week. Standard multi-page or bot Standard: roughly 1–3 weeks. Advanced/Premium and interactive apps are scoped per feature list and queue. First reply on Discord is usually within a few days, not always same-hour.

What if I go quiet mid-project?

If there’s no meaningful reply for about two weeks, the commission may be paused. Restarting later might need a fresh quote if the scope or stack moved on.

Can you match Ectoplasm’s style?

I can build collection/event-style systems or product sites inspired by that craft. Ectoplasm itself remains a separate product with its own branding and ToS.

What stack do you use?

Python for bots; HTML/CSS/JS for most sites and client-side tools; SQLite when persistence is needed; simple backends only when agreed in scope. Not a WordPress or native-mobile shop by default.

Can you work from my Figma / redesign my existing site?

Yes. Figma or sketches help. Redesigns map to Multi-page / Product tiers, or Rescue/audit first if the current codebase is messy. Bring the URL or repo when you book.

Can you use my existing domain?

Yes — you keep the domain and DNS. I deliver files and help you point the host (GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, etc.). Domain purchase itself is on you.

Do you do mobile apps or large SaaS?

Not as a default offering. Small web tools and bots are the sweet spot. Huge multi-tenant products are usually out of scope unless we deliberately scope a thin slice.

Where do we talk?

Discord for commissions. GitHub for open-source issues. This site has no commission chat form.
